Led by an experienced new Culinary Team: Executive Chef Frank Priore, with 20+ years at The Westmoreland Club and years of experience at Brutico’s Restaurant in Old Forge, Chef Frank brings a fine dining experience like no other. Chef Frank is excited to bring his Old Forge specialties to the Back Mountain, including everyone’s favorite Red and White Old Forge Pizza, Roast Chicken, Manicotti and Homemade Fettucini, just to name a few of his staple dishes. Fun Fact about Chef Frank- Chef assisted the New York Culinary Team in the Culinary Olympics in Frankfurt, Germany where his team won Gold and Silver!
Chef de Cuisine Rebecca Gabriele, a long time team member of the Friedman Hospitality Group who became well known for her initial role as part of the amazing kitchen team at Kevin’s in Kingston! Chef Becky quickly became well known for her creative and decadent desserts and for her skill set in menu design during her time over at Kevin’s before she moved to assist the team at The Greens. Fun Fact about Chef Becky- She is graduating Winter 2023 with her Bachelor’s Degree from The Culinary Institute of America in Food Business Management. She has been working diligently while working a full time position with the group!
